Regarding Topic Determination for Graduation Project and Math. Eng. Design Applications Courses

Topics for the Graduation and Design courses must be determined by 8 March 2023 at 13:30, and the Graduation Project topic form must be filled out by 16:30 on the same day.

Unapproved Course Add-Drop Petitions

Those whose course add-drop petition was rejected and who do not accept the alternative course must submit a course-drop petition by the end of working hours on 10.03.2023 at the latest.

Announcement of Undergraduate Courses Closed Due to Insufficient Quota in the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester

Undergraduate courses closed due to insufficient quota in the 2022-2023 Spring semester have been announced, and only course addition can be performed on 28 February 2023.

Regarding Course Quota Increase (24.02.2023)

For the specified undergraduate courses, quota increases will be made at different times on 22 February and 24 February 2023.

Regarding Petitions for Course Add-Drop with Excuse

Undergraduate students who cannot select courses on OBS due to an excuse can send a petition to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr between 27 February and 10 March 2023.

Regarding Conflicting Course Selections

In order to take one of two conflicting courses whose attendance requirement has been fulfilled, students must submit their petitions between 27 February - 10 March 2023.

2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester Course Registrations

2022-2023 Spring semester undergraduate course registrations will be conducted via OBS between 20-28 February 2023, and add-drop with excuse will continue until 10 March.

Regarding Taking Courses from Other Departments in the 2022-2023 Spring Semester

Graduating students who wish to take courses from other departments in the spring semester must submit their approved petitions between 27.02.2023 and 10.03.2023.

Students who are unable to attend the advisor meetings must submit their valid excuse petitions to the Department Head Office by 23 December 2022 at 16:00.

In the 12th week, service courses will be held face-to-face, while other courses not administering a 2nd midterm exam will be held online.

About Exam Excuses

It has been announced that exam excuse reports must be submitted by hand within 3 days at the latest, that there is no excuse exam for finals, and that excuse exams will be held in the final week.

The PhD qualifying written exam will be held on 24.11.2022 at 09:00, and the oral exam at 14:00, both face-to-face in Meeting Room A-240.
