Announcement of Undergraduate Courses Closed Due to Insufficient Quota (2026-2027 Fall Semester)

Closed courses have been announced, and students will only be able to add courses via OBS between 24 September and 9 October 2026.

Regarding Receipt of Course Adaptation Forms and Course Selection for Double Major, Central Lateral Transfer, and Minor Students

Central lateral transfer students must personally collect their course adaptation forms against signature by the end of working hours on 18.09.2026, and double major students by the end of working hours on 21.09.2026.

Regarding Conflicting Course Selections (2026-2027 Fall Semester)

Students with conflicting courses must submit their wet-signed petitions to the Department Student Affairs in person or send them by email on 22-23 September 2026.

Regarding Course Group Splitting Procedures (2026-2027 Fall)

For MTM1501, MTM2501, MTM2521, and MTM2531 courses, the procedure of splitting into groups equally and randomly will be carried out at the end of course registration.

Regarding Excused Course Add-Drop Petitions (2026-2027 Fall)

Undergraduate students who are unable to select courses due to an excuse must submit their signed petitions to the Department Student Affairs between 24 September-09 October 2026.

Regarding Quota Increases (2026-2027 Fall)

Quota increases made for courses at 11:00 and 15:00 throughout course registration on 15-21 September 2026 have been announced.

Regarding University Social Elective and University Professional Elective Courses

Students can take courses offered by other departments from the relevant elective pools, while the course offered by our department can only be selected by students from outside the department.

Re: Taking Courses from Other Departments (2026-2027 Fall Semester)

Graduating students who wish to take courses from other departments in the fall semester must submit their approvals and signed petitions between 23 and 30 September 2026.

Courses closed due to insufficient quota have been announced, and students will only be able to add courses via OBS between 19 February - 6 March 2026.

Quota increases and additional quotas for undergraduate courses to be made at 11:00 and 15:00 on 10-16 February 2026 have been announced.

Regarding Course Group Splitting Procedures (2025-2026 Spring)

For the specified courses, group splitting procedures will be carried out at the end of course registration and on the announcement date of closed courses.

Regarding Excused Course Add-Drop Petitions (2025-2026 Spring)

Students can add courses via OBS between 19 February-06 March 2026; those who cannot select courses must submit their signed excuse petitions to Student Affairs.
