Students enrolled in the Graduation Project and Design Applications in Mathematical Engineering courses, after receiving approval from their academic advisors, must upload their work onto CDs, have their thesis advisor write ''Reviewed by me and deemed suitable'' and sign it, and submit 1 copy to the Department Student Affairs (in return for a signature) and 1 copy by hand to their academic advisor by the end of working hours on Friday, 06.01.2023.
On the CD case, it must be specified as "Graduation Project" or "Design Applications", and it must include the Student ID, Full Name, Academic Advisor's Name, Surname, and signature.
Submissions via e-mail, postal mail, etc. will strictly not be accepted.
Note: Submissions made after 06.01.2023 will not be accepted.
