Undergraduate courses closed due to insufficient quota in the 2023-2024 Spring semester have been announced, and courses can be added via OBS until 08.03.2024.

Topics for the Graduation Project and Math. Eng. Design Applications courses must be determined with the academic advisor and submitted by 01.03.2024 at 16:00 at the latest.

Re: Quota Increases (2023-2024 Spring)

Quota increases made for designated courses and groups during the 2023-2024 Spring course registration dates (13-19 February 2024) have been announced.

Regarding Course Group Splitting and Merging

Course groups to be merged or split into sections at the end of course registration and selection rules have been announced.

Regarding Conflicting Course Selections (2023-2024 Spring)

For conflicting courses, signed petitions must be submitted in person to the Department Student Affairs between 19-21 February 2024 in accordance with the Senate decision principles.

Regarding Excuse Course Add-Drop Petitions (2023-2024 Spring)

Those who cannot select courses via OBS due to an excuse must deliver their signed petitions in person to the Department Student Affairs between 21-26 February 2024.

Regarding Taking Courses from Other Departments in the 2023-2024 Spring Semester

Petitions to take courses from other departments and faculty member approval must be submitted in person to the Department Student Affairs between 21-27 February 2024.

2023-2024 Fall Graduation Exam Schedule

Graduation exams on 01.02.2024, excluding service courses, will be held in classroom KMB-202 under the coordination of the relevant faculty member.

Graduation exam applications will be made on 30 January 2024 with a petition and transcript, and exams will be held on 1 February 2024.

Graduation and design projects must be submitted in person on an advisor-approved CD to both the advisor and the department student affairs no later than the end of working hours on 05.01.2024.

Regarding Exam Excuses

It has been announced that medical reports must cover at least 3 days and be submitted within 3 days after their end date, and that there are no excuse exams for final exams.
