The 1st Additional Exam Schedule has been published, and students taking MTM4000 and MTM4991 must determine their topics no later than the end of working hours on 10.10.2025.

Regarding Topic Determination for Graduation Project and Multidisciplinary Design Project Courses (2025-2026 Fall)
Students must determine their topics with their academic advisors by 07.10.2025 at 16:30, and the titles of those in the English program must be in English.

Undergraduate courses closed due to insufficient quota in the 2025-2026 Fall semester have been announced, and courses may be added between 25 September - 10 October 2025.
Regarding the Receipt of Course Adjustment Forms and Course Selection for Central Lateral Transfer and Minor Students
Students enrolled via Central Lateral Transfer must receive their adjustment forms in person from Student Affairs by the end of working hours on 30.09.2025 at the latest.
2024-2025 Academic Year Graduation Exam (September 2025)
The 2024-2025 end-of-summer school graduation exams will be held on Monday, 22.09.2025 between 10:00 and 12:00 in classroom KMB-202.
Fall Semester Course Registrations (2025-2026 Fall)
Regarding Excused Course Add-Drop Petitions (2025-2026 Fall)
Students who are unable to select courses via OBS due to an excuse must submit their signed course add-drop petitions to student affairs between 24 September - 10 October 2025.
Regarding University Social Elective and University Professional Elective Courses
Students can take courses offered by other departments from the relevant elective pools, while the course offered by our department can only be selected by students from outside the department.
Regarding Quota Increases (2025-2026 Fall)
During the course registration dates of 16-22 September 2025, quota increases will be made for the specified courses at 11:00 and 15:00.
Regarding Course Group Splitting Procedures (2025-2026 Fall)
At the end of course registration, the groups of the specified courses will be split randomly and in equal numbers.
Regarding Conflicting Course Selections (2025-2026 Fall)
Students must submit their signed petitions regarding conflicting courses in person to the Department Student Affairs between 22-24 September 2025.
2025-2026 Fall Semester Regarding Taking Courses from Other Departments
Petitions with content approval obtained from the faculty member must be submitted in person to the Department Student Affairs between 24.09.2025 and 30.09.2025.
