Announcement of Undergraduate Courses Closed Due to Insufficient Quota in the 2025-2026 Spring Semester

Courses closed due to insufficient quota have been announced, and students will only be able to add courses via OBS between 19 February - 6 March 2026.

Re: Quota Increases (2025-2026 Spring)

Quota increases and additional quotas for undergraduate courses to be made at 11:00 and 15:00 on 10-16 February 2026 have been announced.

2025-2026 Fall Semester Graduation Exam Schedule

Graduation exams, excluding service courses, to be held on Thursday, 05.02.2026, will be conducted in classroom KMB-202.

Regarding Conflicting Course Selections (2025-2026 Spring Semester)

Students with conflicting courses must submit their wet-signed petitions to the department in person or by email on 17-18 February 2026.

Regarding Course Group Splitting Procedures (2025-2026 Spring)

For the specified courses, group splitting procedures will be carried out at the end of course registration and on the announcement date of closed courses.

Regarding Excused Course Add-Drop Petitions (2025-2026 Spring)

Students can add courses via OBS between 19 February-06 March 2026; those who cannot select courses must submit their signed excuse petitions to Student Affairs.

Re: Taking Courses from Other Departments (2025-2026 Spring Semester)

Students who wish to take courses from other departments must submit their petitions in person between 18 and 25 February 2026.
