Part-Time Student Application for Our Department

Undergraduate and graduate students who wish to work part-time in the department during the summer semester must apply via email by 12:00 on 23.06.2021.

Regarding Final Exam Excuse Exam Requests

Students who have an excuse for the final exam must send their excuse petitions to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr as soon as possible.

Obtaining Transcripts via e-Devlet

Graduates of 2003 and later, as well as currently enrolled students, can obtain transcripts via e-Devlet, while pre-2003 graduates can obtain them via e-mail or in-person application.

The list of students whose excuse exam requests for the 1st midterm exam in the 2020-2021 Spring Semester were found suitable has been announced.

PhD Qualifying Written Exam Results and Oral Exam Information

The qualifying oral exams of Kemal Koşuta and Osman Çörekçi, who passed the written exam dated 03 May 2021, will be held online on 17.05.2021.

PhD Qualifying Exam (2020-2021 Spring Semester)

The 2020-2021 Spring Semester PhD qualifying written exam will be held online in a single stage on 03 May 2021 at 11:00.

Regarding Topic Determination for Graduation Project and Math. Eng. Design Practice Courses (Updated)

Students must determine their graduation project and design course topics with their academic advisors by 16 March 2022 at 16:00 and submit them via the relevant link.

Disapproved Course Add-Drop Petitions

Those whose course add-drop petitions were rejected have been announced, and those who do not accept alternative courses must submit a drop petition no later than the end of working hours on 11.03.2021.
