During the exam, the student's exam logs will be kept, and from which IP they connected and whether there was an actual system failure will be observable. Students who cannot take the exam for acceptable reasons or who cannot complete the exam due to certain technical problems during the exam will be provided with the opportunity for an online excuse exam for compensation purposes. These students must write an explanatory petition regarding their situation, sign it, and send it by scanning or photographing it along with the documents serving as evidence for the excuse to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr.
Petitions will be evaluated by the Department Head's Office, and whether the student can take the excuse exam will be notified to them by their department. Excuse exam dates will be coordinated by the Department Head's Office. These exams will be conducted using the method applied in the exams that form the basis for the excuse exams.
Note: Excuse requests not sent to the above-mentioned e-mail address will not be evaluated.
