Bologna adaptation lists have been resent to those who did not receive an email and to double major students, and it has been requested that the form be filled out by 10 August 2018.

Double major students must fill out the attached table with their courses not included in the 2018 curriculum and submit it to rarikan@yildiz.edu.tr.
Regarding Course Selection and Quotas on Independent Course Registration Day
Independent course registrations will begin on 19.09.2018 at 00:00, and quotas will be increased on 20.09.2018 at 11:30 and 14:30.
REGARDING COURSE SELECTIONS OF 1ST YEAR STUDENTS
Since English Proficiency Exam (İYS) grade entries could not be completed, 1st-year students will be able to perform course selection on USIS from 19.09.2018 at 13:00 onwards.

Applications for disabled student representative candidates will be received via petition until 12.10.2018, and the election will be held on 15.10.2018 in office A-1029 of the Stone Building.
Regarding Student Admission to the Naval Academy
Male students from undergraduate engineering programs will be admitted to the 3rd year of the Naval Academy, starting from the 2nd semester of the 2018-2019 academic year.
Regarding Submission Deadline and Jury Members for Graduation Project and Math. Eng. Design Applications
Submission of 4 copies of CDs approved by the academic advisor for the graduation project and design applications will take place on 24-27 December 2018.
Regarding the Availability of Student Certificates via the e-Government Gateway
As of 26 June 2014, students can obtain their student certificates via the Council of Higher Education link on the e-Government Gateway.
