The faculty administrative board decision regarding students taking the specified courses from the faculties of the university in the 2021-2022 Spring Semester has been published.

Disapproved Course Add-Drop Petitions

Those whose course add-drop petitions were rejected and who do not accept the alternative courses must submit their course drop petitions to Student Affairs no later than the end of working hours on 07.03.2022.

Attention to Students Whose Maximum Period of Study Has Expired (Updated 01.03.2022)

Academic advisors for MTM4000 and MTM4511 have been determined for students whose maximum period of study has expired, and thesis topics must be submitted by 08.03.2022 at the latest.

Regarding Excuse Course Add-Drop Petitions

Those who cannot select courses via OBS due to an excuse must submit their excuse course add-drop petitions in person to Student Affairs by 25 and 28 February 2022 at 16:30.

Regarding Quota Increase (Updated 23.02.2022)

Quota increases within the scope of the course registration process have been completed as of 23 February 2022.

Regarding Conflicting Course Selections

For a maximum of two conflicting courses, provided that one is delivered via distance education, applications must be submitted via petition to the Department Student Affairs on 24-25 and 28 February 2022.

Re: Course Groups for Graduation Project and Math. Eng. Design Practice

Information regarding the groups, quotas, and enrollment prerequisites for the 2021-2022 Spring semester MTM4000 Graduation Project and MTM4511 Design Practice courses is presented.

Spring semester tuition fee payments will be made on 14-24 February 2022, and course registrations via OBS will take place on 17-18 and 21-22 February 2022 according to class levels.

2021-2022 Spring Semester Additional Exam Applications for Students Who Have Completed Their Maximum Period of Study

Students who have completed their maximum period of study may benefit from the right to take additional exams by applying via SIS or to the relevant departments between 31 January and 04 February 2022.

2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester End Graduation Exams

Graduation exam applications will be accepted on 14 February 2022, and the exams and grade entries will be held on 16-17 February 2022.

Regarding the 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester Final and Make-up Excuse Exams

Students who tested positive for Covid-19 have been granted the right to take in-person excuse exams, and their documents must be sent to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr.

Regarding the Submissions of Graduation Project and Design Applications in Mathematical Engineering for the 2021-2022 Fall Semester - Updated

Submissions for the Graduation Project and Design courses must be delivered on CD and with advisor approval to the secretariat and the advisor by the end of working hours on 07.01.2022.
