An information meeting for graduate students will be held online via Zoom and YouTube on Wednesday, 25 September 2024 at 14:00.

Student ID Card Delivery for Newly Admitted Students via 2024 YKS

Undergraduate students placed via 2024 YKS must collect their student ID cards in person from the Department Student Affairs in room A-238.

Regarding Student ID Card Distribution for Graduate Programs (2024-2025 FALL)

Relevant graduate students can receive their student ID cards in person from the Department student affairs office A-238.

Regarding the Transition to the YTU Bologna 2024 Curriculum and Completed Adjustments

Objections regarding the Bologna 2024 Curriculum adjustment procedures must be submitted via petition to the department secretariat no later than the end of working hours on 24.07.2024.

Regarding Graduate Academic Advisor Assignments

A faculty member will be assigned by the Head of the Department to graduate students who do not select an academic advisor by the specified deadline.

Regarding 2024-2025 Erasmus Preferences

The 2024-2025 Erasmus preference or waiver forms must be filled out completely, signed, and uploaded via the link by 22 March 2024 at 23:59.

2023-2024 Spring Master's Seminar Course Topics

Regarding the Submissions of Graduation Project and Design Applications in Mathematical Engineering for the 2023-2024 Fall Semester

Graduation and design projects must be submitted in person on an advisor-approved CD to both the advisor and the department student affairs no later than the end of working hours on 05.01.2024.

Orientation Program (Department Introduction Program)

The Faculty and Department introductory/informative orientation meeting for first-year students will be held on 6 October 2023.

Student ID Card Delivery (Registered via 2023 Central Lateral Transfer)

Students registered via the 2023 Central Lateral Transfer must collect their student ID cards in person from the Student Affairs room A-238.

Students must determine their Graduation Project and Design Applications course topics with their academic advisors and submit them by 6 October 2023 at 16:00 at the latest.
