In the official letter of the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education dated 08/06/2020 and numbered E.32771, it has been decided that it is mandatory for instructors and students enrolled in graduate programs with thesis to use Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) numbers in the tracking of graduate theses, articles, congress and symposium proceedings, books, and all kinds of scientific publications.
