An online excuse exam opportunity for compensatory purposes will be provided for students who could not take the exam due to acceptable reasons or could not complete the exam due to experiencing technical problems during the exam.
These students must write and sign a petition explaining their situation and submit it by scanning or taking a photograph (in jpg, pdf format) together with documents that constitute evidence of the excuse to the e-mail address mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr by 29.06.2020.
Petitions will be evaluated by the relevant boards, and whether the student is eligible to take the excuse exam will be notified to them by their department. The excuse exams of students whose excuses are accepted are coordinated by the relevant department headship on the dates specified in the academic calendar.
These exams will be conducted using the method applied in the exams that form the basis for the excuse exams.
Note: Students who do not submit the above-mentioned documents to the Department Headship by 29.06.2020 will strictly not be admitted to the Final Excuse Exam.
