All students who will select courses must strictly review the attached guidelines.
Quota increases required for all courses will be made at 11:00 and 14:30.
There will be no quota increase outside of the specified hours.
Please do not continuously occupy the student affairs unit regarding this matter.
The clause "Students must primarily take the courses of the lower semesters that they have taken and failed, and that they have never taken before" will not be applied in the 2019-2020 Academic Year Fall semester (this semester) and Spring semester.
All students will make course selections again according to the new appointment schedule provided below.
Course registrations will again start at 08:00 and end at 23:59 on the respective appointment dates.
On appointment days, students who wish to do so may also select Distance Education (UZEM) courses. As stated in the academic calendar, the 2019-2020 academic year will begin on 16 September 2019.
12 September 2019 4th year students
13 September 2019 3rd year students
14 September 2019 2nd year students
16 September 2019 Independent Course Registration (On this date, all group criteria will be removed and all students will be able to select courses. On this day, 1st year students may also select elective courses -if available in their curriculum- and may delete automatically added courses or change groups subject to quota availability.)
Determination and Announcement of Closed Courses: 17 September 2019 (Until 12:00)
Course Addition Only: 17 September 2019 (From 14:00 to 23:59 on 17 September 2019)
