The adaptation and application steps to be followed by students who will take up to a maximum of 9 credits of courses from designated other universities during the summer school have been announced.

Students on the list who are entitled to participate in Erasmus must urgently send their place of birth, date of birth, and current e-mail address to handenur@yildiz.edu.tr.

REGARDING ERASMUS PREFERENCE RESULTS

The Erasmus principal list has been updated; students who were not placed may submit a preference form until 13 March, and those who made no preferences at all are required to fill out a waiver form.

About Course Substitution Procedures

Those who have not processed their elective course substitutions via USIS must apply with a transcript and a petition by 25.05.2019 at 12:00, between 20.02.2019 and 25.05.2019.

Attention to Students Who Transferred via Central Lateral Transfer in the 2018-2019 Academic Year

The students on the lateral transfer list must apply to the department secretariat by 14.09.2018 at 16:00 at the latest for adaptation signatures.

About Undergraduate and Graduate Student Representative Elections

Undergraduate and master's representative candidates meeting the requirements have been determined, and students will vote between 07-09 November 2018.

Regarding Bologna 2018 Course Adaptation Procedures for Double Major Students,

Double major students must fill out the attached table with their courses not included in the 2018 curriculum and submit it to rarikan@yildiz.edu.tr.

Regarding Disabled Student Representative Election

Applications for disabled student representative candidates will be received via petition until 12.10.2018, and the election will be held on 15.10.2018 in office A-1029 of the Stone Building.

Regarding Student Admission to the Naval Academy

Male students from undergraduate engineering programs will be admitted to the 3rd year of the Naval Academy, starting from the 2nd semester of the 2018-2019 academic year.

Regarding Submission Deadline and Jury Members for Graduation Project and Math. Eng. Design Applications

Submission of 4 copies of CDs approved by the academic advisor for the graduation project and design applications will take place on 24-27 December 2018.

Regarding the Availability of Student Certificates via the e-Government Gateway

As of 26 June 2014, students can obtain their student certificates via the Council of Higher Education link on the e-Government Gateway.

Regarding the Cards of International and Lateral Transfer Students

International students and students who transferred laterally in the 2018-2019 Fall semester must collect their student ID cards from the Department Secretariat.

Regarding the Deletion of Extra Elective Courses Taken

Extra failed elective courses taken can be deleted by applying to the department Student Affairs with a petition between 21.02.2019 and 25.02.2019.

Regarding the Distribution of IETT Travel Cards (Student Pass)

Newly registered undergraduate students must pick up their IETT Travel Cards from the Department Secretariat by Monday, 17.09.2018.
