Students must determine their topics for the Graduation Project and Design Applications courses with their academic advisors and submit them by 10 October 2022 at 16:30 at the latest.

Student ID Card Deliveries for Newly Admitted Students (2022 YKS)

Undergraduate students placed via 2022 YKS on the list may collect their student ID cards in person from the Department Secretariat.

Regarding Receipt of Course Adaptation Forms of Students via Central Lateral Transfer and Student Amnesty Law No. 7417

Students registered via central lateral transfer and amnesty must receive their course adaptation forms in person against signature by the end of working hours on 23.09.2022 at the latest.

Regarding the Submissions of Graduation Project and Design Applications in Mathematical Engineering for the 2021-2022 Fall Semester - Updated

Submissions for the Graduation Project and Design courses must be delivered on CD and with advisor approval to the secretariat and the advisor by the end of working hours on 07.01.2022.

The election will be held on 27-29 December 2021 between 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00 in Department Meeting Room A-240 upon presentation of an ID or student certificate.

Candidacy applications for the Undergraduate Student Representative election to be held on 27-29 January 2022 must be submitted to the Department Head's Office between 29 November – 16 December 2021.
