Students enrolled in our Department in the 2023-2024 Academic Year via Central Lateral Transfer, Double Major, and Minor must come to the Department Student Affairs unit in person and receive their Undergraduate Course Adjustment Forms prepared by our Department Adjustment Commission against signature by the end of working hours on 29.09.2023 at the latest.
Information:
• In order not to re-take courses that have been adjusted, you must complete your course registrations according to your adjustment form.
• The registration of relevant students into the OBS is planned to be completed by 22.09.2023.
• Students who are registered and assigned a student number may perform course addition via OBS on the independent course registration day (25 September) or on the new course selection day (27 September) to replace closed courses.
• Students who are unable to select courses via OBS may select courses with a course add-drop petition by 06.10.2023. Petitions must be submitted in person to the Department Student Affairs. (Course add-drop petitions submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.)
