Important Notes
Students who cannot take their exams due to an excuse need only fill out the ‘’Excuse Exam Request Form’’ completely from the Quick Menu, Forms section of the Department website in accordance with the Principles on Acceptance and Administration of Excuses, sign it, attach the excuse document to the file, and send it to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr.
The excuse exam for the midterm exam is held during the last week of classes. In excuse exams, the student is responsible for the entire content of the course.
Students who cannot take the exam due to a health problem must document their excuse in accordance with the following directive.
Principles on Acceptance and Administration of Excuses;
ARTICLE 1- (1) In case of illness; the illness must be documented with a medical report of at least 3 (three) days (excluding private practices) and the report must be submitted to the relevant Department Head's Office within 3 (three) days at the latest following the end date of the report.
