ANNOUNCEMENT OF CANCELLED COURSES: 26 September 2023
Course Selection in Place of Cancelled Courses: 27 September 2023
(Granting all students the right to add courses via OBS (including adding courses in place of a cancelled course), provided that it is within the maximum credit limit.)
Our undergraduate students who cannot perform course selection via OBS due to their excuses during the undergraduate course selection process (situations preventing graduation, course conflicts, etc.) must submit their signed petitions to Department Student Affairs between 26 September and 6 October 2023.
(Course add-drop petitions are not accepted by e-mail)
Students who cannot select courses on OBS due to their excuses are assigned courses that have available quota on OBS if their excuses are found appropriate.
Information
• Course Code/Name/Group information of the course to be added/dropped specified in the petition must not be left blank.
• Unsigned petitions are invalid.
• Information such as student ID, name, surname, and date must be filled in completely.
• It is of importance that you explain your excuse situation in detail in the "Excuse" field in your petition.
