Students taking the Graduation Project and/or Multidisciplinary Design Project courses for the 2025-2026 Spring semester final exam presentations must hand-deliver to their academic advisors their work saved on 2 CDs by the end of working hours on Friday, 12.06.2026 at the latest.
On the CD case, it must be specified whether it is "Graduation Project or Multidisciplinary Design Project", and it must include the Student ID, Name and Surname, as well as the Name, Surname, and signature of the Academic Advisor.
The grades of students who do not receive approval and whose CDs are not submitted to the Department Student Affairs by the end of working hours on 12.06.2026 will be entered as "unsatisfactory".
Note:
Students who do not submit their thesis for final exam presentations must submit their CDs to the academic advisor by 26.06.2026 at the latest for make-up exam presentations, provided that the academic advisor deems it appropriate.
Submissions made after 26.06.2026 will not be accepted by thesis advisors.
