Between 12 February - 28 February 2025, provided that they remain within the maximum credit limit, all students can ONLY perform course addition via OBS. (Courses already taken will strictly not be dropped while performing this action.)
Our students who cannot make course selections via OBS during the undergraduate course selection process due to their excuses (situations preventing graduation) must submit their signed petitions to the Department Student Affairs between 13 February - 20 February 2025.
(Course add-drop petitions sent by e-mail are not accepted)
Students who cannot select courses due to their excuses are assigned courses that have available quota in OBS if their excuse petitions are deemed appropriate.
Information
• The Code/Name/Group information of the course to be added/dropped specified in the petition must not be left incomplete.
• Unsigned petitions are invalid.
• Information such as student ID, name, surname, and date must be filled in completely.
• It is of great importance that you specify your excuse situation in detail in the "Excuse" section of your petition.
