Since excuse exams will be held between the dates of 03-07 January 2022, students who could not take the 2nd midterm exam due to an excuse must submit their documents indicating their excuse and petitions to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr within the same day. Students who do not have the opportunity to submit their excuse documents on the same day must immediately report their current status by e-mail (specified above) and subsequently submit their excuse documents (within 3 days).

Important Notes
For students who cannot take their exams due to excuses, it will be sufficient to completely fill out and sign the ‘’Excuse Exam Request Form’’ from the Quick Menu, Forms section of the Department website in accordance with the Principles for the Acceptance and Administration of Excuses, attach the excuse document to the email, and send it to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr.
The excuse exam is held during the last week of classes for the in-semester exam. In excuse exams, the student is responsible for the entire content of the course.
Students who cannot take the exam due to health problems must document their excuse in accordance with the following directive.
Principles for the Acceptance and Administration of Excuses;
ARTICLE 1- (1) In case of illness; the illness must be documented with a medical report of at least 3 (three) days (excluding private practices) and the report must be submitted to the relevant Department Head's Office within at most 3 (three) days from the end date of the report.
