Graduation Exam Application: Monday, 16 September 2024
Students who will take the graduation exam must apply either in person to the Department Heads of their registered programs or via the e-mail addresses of the Department Heads using the student Graduation Exam application petition.
Curricula must be checked in accordance with the provisions specified below in the YTU Principles Regarding Graduation Exams.

Submission of Exam Results to the Department Head by Instructors*: 18-19 September 2024
Students applying by e-mail should not digitally add signatures via computer to their petitions. The printed petition must be signed with a wet signature, then scanned and sent via e-mail.
Eligible to Apply for the Exam:
Students who have at most two failed courses (FF, FD, DD) remaining for graduation
Students who cannot graduate because their grade point average is below 2.00 (from at most two conditionally passed (DC) courses of their choice)
NOTE: In order to apply for the Graduation Exam, students who did not select courses and did not pay tuition/fees in the semester in which the Graduation Exam is held (Spring semester for the End of Summer School) must pay the tuition fee/contribution for the relevant semester (Spring semester).
