FR-1635-Form - Petition for YTU Students to Take Courses from Other Higher Education Institutions in Summer School

The universities deemed suitable for our YTU Department students to take courses in summer school are listed below.

Istanbul Technical University

Middle East Technical University

Boğaziçi University

Istanbul University

Marmara University

Students who will take courses in summer school from other departments of our university are not required to obtain suitability approval for the courses specified below.

•MTM4522 Introduction to Functional Analysis - MAT4041 Introduction to Functional Analysis (YTU, Dept. of Mathematics)

•MTM3522 Algebra - MAT2091 Algebra 1 YTU, (Dept. of Mathematics)

•MTM3502-Partial Differential Equations - MAT3172 Partial Differential Equations (YTU, Dept. of Mathematics)

•MTM2531 Differential Equations - MAT2411 Differential Equations (YTU, Dept. of Mathematics)

•MTM4552 Image Processing - EHM4840 Image Processing (YTU, Electronics and Communications Eng.)

•MTM4521 Object-Oriented Programming - KOM3550 Object-Oriented Programming (YTU, Control and Automation Eng.)

•MTM1531 Linear Algebra - MAT1151 Linear Algebra 1 (YTU, Dept. of Mathematics)

For courses other than those listed above, our students must download the syllabi of the courses to be taken in PDF format from the undergraduate program of the relevant department at www.bologna.yildiz.edu.tr for both departments, obtain 75% course content suitability approval by e-mail from the faculty member teaching that course in our department, and submit the course taking petition along with the suitability response completely to the address mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr by writing other department course taking petition, name and surname in the subject line.
