All students who will be selecting courses must strictly examine the attached guides. Otherwise, all responsibility that may arise belongs to the student.
Quota increases needed for all courses at 11:00 and 14:30 will be carried out.
There will be no quota increases outside the specified hours.
Please do not constantly occupy the Student Affairs unit regarding this matter.
For 1st-year students (those with semester info 1 and 2), 1st-year compulsory courses belonging to the relevant semester of their registered department are automatically added to the USIS Automation System by the Department of Information Technologies. The student may add elective courses in their curriculum on Independent Course registration days and, if they wish, withdraw from automatically added compulsory courses to change groups. However, if there is insufficient capacity in the compulsory course groups, they cannot take this course / these courses via the system or by petition.
Course registration will start at 08:00 on all appointment days specified below.

Independent Course Registration (On this date, all group criteria will be removed (except for daytime education students taking courses from evening education) and all students will be able to select courses.) English course groups will be opened to all students as of 11:00 on 30 January.
On 27-29 January, English course groups will be open only to students enrolled in the English program coded 058/059.
All students coded 52/53 who will make course selections in English course groups will be able to select courses with sufficient capacity.
In order to avoid grievance due to quota insufficiency, students enrolled in the English program must select all the courses they need to take on 27-29 January.
Determination and Announcement of Closed Courses : 31 January 2020 (Until 12:00)
Course Addition Only : 31 January-02 February 2020 (From 14:00 on 31 January 2020)
(Course enrollments end on 30 January 2020. Courses closed due to insufficient enrollment will be determined by Department Chairs on 31 January 2020 and announced on the department website by 12:00 at the latest, and group allocations for slot-scheduled courses will be made. As of 14:00 on 31 January 2020, all students will be granted ONLY the right to add courses via USIS (provided that they are within the maximum credit limit). Courses taken during this process can strictly not be deleted.)

REGISTRATION RENEWAL IN CASE OF EXCUSE
In Article 20/c of the YTU Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations, the statement “c) Registration renewal in case of excuse; students who cannot pay the contribution fee and cannot select courses due to unforeseen excuses such as illness, childbirth, natural disasters, arrest, conviction, and military service within the registration renewal period shall apply in writing to the relevant department chair until the end of the first two weeks of the semester. Course registrations of students whose excuses are deemed appropriate are accepted by the decision of the relevant administrative board.” is included.
ATTENTION !!! Course registration cannot be made after 14 February 2020 for any reason whatsoever.
