Graduation Exam-Application Tuesday, 1 July 2025
Students who will take the graduation exam must apply in person to the Department Chairs they are enrolled in with a Graduation Exam application petition.
Curricula must be checked in accordance with the relevant principles specified below.

Those Who Can Apply for the Exam:
Students who have at most two failed courses (FF, FD, DD) remaining for graduation
Students who cannot graduate because their grade point average is not 2.00 (from at most two conditionally passed (DC) courses of their choice)
NOTE: Students who have not selected courses and have not paid tuition fees in the semester in which the Graduation Exam is to be held must pay the tuition fee/contribution for the relevant semester in order to apply for the Graduation Exam.
