Between 19 February-06 March 2026 and provided that they remain within the maximum credit limit, all students can, via OBS, ONLY add courses. (While performing this operation, enrolled courses will strictly not be dropped.)
Our students who cannot select courses via OBS due to their excuses (situations preventing graduation) during the undergraduate course selection process must submit their signed petitions to the Department Student Affairs between the 19 February-06 March 2026 dates.
(Course add-drop petitions sent by e-mail are not accepted)
For students who cannot select courses due to an excuse, courses with available quota in OBS are assigned if their excuse petition is deemed appropriate.
Information
• The Code/Name/Group information of the course to be added/dropped specified in the petition must not be left incomplete.
• Unsigned petitions are invalid.
• Information such as student ID number, name, surname, and date must be filled out completely.
• It is important to state your excuse condition in detail in the “Excuse” field of your petition.
