Between 21 February - 8 March 2024, provided that it is within the maximum credit limit, all students can perform ONLY course adding via OBS. (Courses already taken will strictly not be dropped while performing this action.)
Our undergraduate students who were unable to select courses via OBS due to excuses (circumstances preventing graduation) during the course selection process must submit their signed petitions to Department Student Affairs between 21-26 February 2024.
(Course add-drop petitions via e-mail are not accepted)
Students who cannot select courses due to an excuse are assigned courses with available quota on OBS if their excuse petition is deemed appropriate.
Information
• The Code/Name/Group information of the course to be added/dropped specified in the petition must not be left incomplete.
• Unsigned petitions are invalid.
• Information such as student ID number, first name, last name, and date must be filled in completely.
• It is important that you state your excuse situation in detail in the “Excuse” field on your petition.
