•In case of illness; the illness must be documented with a medical report of at least 3 (three) days (excluding private clinics) and the report must be submitted to the Department Head's Office within 3 (three) days at the latest following the end date of the report.
•The exams of students determined to have taken an exam on dates covered by a medical report will be canceled. No excuse exams will be held for canceled exams.
•In the event that two exams are held within a semester, the student may request an excuse exam for only one of them.
•There are no excuse exams for final exams.
•The excuse exam for the midterm exam is held during the last week of classes. In excuse exams, the student is responsible for the entire content of the course.
