Pursuant to the decision taken by our University Senate dated 15.09.2023 and numbered accordingly, to be implemented starting from the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall semester, it has been decided that if there is a conflict in a student's course schedule, these courses may be selected provided that one of the two conflicting courses was previously taken and the attendance requirement was fulfilled.
In accordance with the stated decision, students of our department must submit their signed petitions for conflicting courses to the Department Student Affairs between 26 September - 6 October 2023. (Course add-drop petitions sent by email are not accepted)
Reminder
• The Code/Name/Group information of the course to be added/dropped specified in the petition must not be left blank.
• Unsigned petitions are invalid.
• Information such as student ID, name, surname, and date must be completed fully.
• It is important that you write in detail in the “Excuse” field which courses conflict and which course you request to be added.
