As stated in the meeting held by the Mathematical Engineering Erasmus Committee on 21 March 2024 at 12:30:
You must fill out the preference forms completely and in a signed manner and upload them via the link address below.
Students who will not submit preferences must also fill out the waiver form attached and upload it signed (PDF format is preferred):
The deadline for uploading the preference form is Friday, 22 March 2024 at 23:59. Forms submitted after this date will not be evaluated.
Only 4th-year students are required to upload a course matching table and transcript document in addition.
As stated in the process schedule, placement results and vacancies remaining after placement will be announced to you via email on Saturday, 23 March 2024.
All detailed information has been sent to the email addresses of the students.
