Matters to be considered by students who wish to take courses from other departments of our University in the 2019-2020 Spring semester are stated below.
The student is required to be eligible to graduate at the end of the Spring semester (including the courses for which they will take the Graduation Exam)
A maximum of 2 courses may be taken, on a one-time basis.
The content of the course to be taken from other departments must be 75% compatible, and this course must not conflict with other courses in your schedule.
The total course credit limit that can be taken in a semester must not be exceeded.
Internships not being completed does not pose an issue.
Steps to be followed by students who will take courses from other departments;
Printing out the course contents of the relevant courses from www.bologna.yildiz.edu.tr and having them certified by the head of the department to which the course belongs with a stamp, signature, and date,
For the course in our department corresponding to the course intended to be taken from another department, you must obtain compatibility approval from the faculty member teaching that course as specified in the example below, along with a date and signature.
The approved course schedule of the department from which the course will be taken is required.
The student course schedule obtained via USIS is required.
You must apply in person with a petition along with the obtained course contents to the Department Student Affairs unit no later than 03.02.2020.
Petitions submitted after the specified date will not be evaluated.
