Students who will take the graduation exam must apply to the Department Chairs of the departments in which they are enrolled, either in person or via the email addresses of the Department Chairs, with a Graduation Exam application petition.
Curricula must be checked in accordance with the matters specified below.
Students applying by email must not add a digital signature to their petitions on the computer. The printed petition must be scanned and sent as an email after being wet-signed.

(*) Exam grades will be processed by decision of the Faculty Administrative Board upon the instructor who administered the exams notifying the Dean's Office/Department Chair where the student is enrolled.
Eligible Applicants for the Exam:
Students who have at most two failed courses (FF, FD, DD) remaining for graduation
Students who cannot graduate because their cumulative grade point average is not 2.00 (from at most two conditionally passed (DC) courses of their choice)
NOTE: In order to be able to apply for the Graduation Exam, students who did not select courses and did not pay tuition/fees in the semester in which the Graduation Exam is held (Spring semester for the End of Summer School) must pay the tuition/fees for the relevant semester (Spring semester).
