FALL SEMESTER GRADUATION EXAMS (2025-2026 FALL SEMESTER)

Graduation Exam-Application Tuesday, 3 February 2026

Students who will take the graduation exam must apply to the Department Chairs of the department in which they are enrolled in person or via the e-mail addresses of the Department Chairs with a Graduation Exam application petition.

Students applying by e-mail must not add signatures to their petitions via a computer. The printed petition must be signed with a wet signature, scanned, and sent by e-mail.

Curricula must be checked in accordance with the relevant principles stated below.

Those Eligible to Apply for the Exam:

• Students who have failed at most two courses (FF, FD, DD) remaining for graduation
• Students who cannot graduate because their cumulative grade point average is not 2.00 (from at most two conditionally passed (DC) courses of their choice)

NOTE: In order for students who did not select courses and did not pay tuition fees in the semester in which the Graduation Exam is held to apply for the Graduation Exam, they must pay the tuition fee for the relevant semester.
