Students who wish to attend our department's graduation ceremony are kindly requested to check their names on the announced participant list. The list has been prepared combining both the 100% English and 30% English programs.
If your name is not on the list or if you have not yet submitted your passport photo to be used in the presentations (the YTU logo will appear next to the names of students who do not submit a photo), you must submit it to your instructor Res. Asst. Emel Uğurlu via e-mail (emel.ugurlu@yildiz.edu.tr) by Friday, 4 July 2025 at 12:00 at the latest. Photos or new participation requests sent after this date cannot be accepted since the lists and presentation created by us prior to the ceremony will be finalized.
On the day of the ceremony, our students must be present in the foyer area of the Congress Center at 17:45 at the latest.
Since your parents will be seated in the hall in advance, it is crucial that our students line up according to the order number specified in the participant list in the foyer area. Since hall entrances will be from the left side of the stage, students must line up at this point under the guidance of our assigned instructors, Res. Asst. Kaan Kemal Polat, Res. Asst. Metehan Turan, Res. Asst. Abdülkadir Şahiner, and Res. Asst. Hayati Ünsal Özer.
In order for the ceremony to proceed in an orderly and smooth manner, it is of great importance that you know your own number in the line-up and the names of the peers in front of and behind you.
