•In case of illness; the illness must be documented with a report of at least 3 (three) days (excluding private clinics) and the report must be submitted to the Department Head within 3 (three) days at the latest from the end date of the report. (Not accepted via e-mail.)
•The exams of students who are found to have taken an exam on the dates they were on medical report will be canceled. No excuse exams will be held for canceled exams.
•In the event that two exams are held during the semester, the student may request an excuse exam for only one of them.
•There is no excuse exam for finals.
•The excuse exam is held within the last week of classes for the midterm exam. In excuse exams, the student is responsible for the entire content of the course.
