Due to the notification in the letter dated 04.06.2024 of the Presidency of Administrative Affairs that the Eid al-Adha holiday has been extended to cover the subsequent two-day period, the application and exam dates for the Graduation Exam to be held at the end of the 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring semester have been amended as specified below.
Graduation Exam Application: Monday, 24 June 2024
Students who will take the graduation exam must apply to the Department Chairs they are enrolled in either in person or via the e-mail addresses of the Department Chairs with their student transcripts and Graduation Exam application petition.
Students applying by e-mail must not add signatures to their petitions electronically via computer. The printed petition must be signed with a wet signature, scanned, and sent by e-mail.
Curricula must be checked in accordance with the relevant principles stated below.

Spring Semester End Graduation Exams: Wednesday, 26 June 2024
Spring Semester Graduation Exams Grade Entry: 26-27 June 2024
Those Eligible to Apply for the Exam:
Students who have failed at most two courses (FF, FD, DD) for graduation
Students who cannot graduate because their grade point average is not 2.00 (from at most two conditionally passed (DC) courses they will choose)
NOTE: In order to apply for the Graduation Exam, students who did not select courses and did not pay tuition/contribution fees in the semester in which the Graduation Exam will be held must pay the tuition/contribution fee for the relevant semester.
