Graduation Exam: Students who have at most two failed courses (FF, FD, DD) remaining for graduation, and students who cannot graduate because their cumulative grade point average is below 2.00 (from at most two conditionally passed (DC) courses of their choice), must submit an application for the Graduation Exam via the automation system using the “Graduation Exam Registration” module on the date announced in the academic calendar. Students must select the language of the course for which they will take the graduation exam via the system during the application process.
Students who did not register for courses and did not pay tuition fees in the semester in which the Graduation Exam is to be held must pay the student contribution/tuition fee for the relevant semester in order to be able to apply for the Graduation Exam.
Students who have reached the graduation stage and have extra failed elective course(s) taken without completing a course substitution process via the system must apply with a petition to the Department Head Offices in which they are registered to have these courses removed from the automation system in order to take the Graduation Exam. Because the course removal process will be carried out by a decision of the relevant Faculty Administrative Board, students must submit their applications taking into account the graduation exam application date specified in the academic calendar.
Students can view their graduation exam grades via the automation system by using the “Student Graduation Exam Grade Display” module.
