2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR SPRING SEMESTER COURSE SELECTION PROCESS
All registered undergraduate students who will select courses must thoroughly review the course selection process guide.
The quota increases needed for all undergraduate courses will be made at 11:00 and 14:30.
There will be no quota increases outside the specified hours.
Quota requests will not be accepted via telephone or e-mail. Please do not continuously occupy the student affairs unit regarding this matter.
IMPORTANT
By the decision of our University Senate dated 16.02.2021 and numbered 02-02, due to distance education being provided in the 2020-2021 Academic Year Spring semester owing to measures regarding COVID-19, it has been decided that “in the event of a conflict in a student's course schedule, permission is granted to select a maximum of two overlapping courses taken from lower semesters; attendance is not required for the course taken from a lower semester”. However, since the system does not allow taking overlapping courses, our students who wish to take courses within this scope must apply to the Department Chairmanship they are registered in with a petition. Upon the favorable opinion of the relevant Department Chairmanship, these courses are added by the decision of the Faculty Administrative Board.
•For overlapping courses, you must send your signed petitions between 26.02.2021 and 04.03.2021 until the end of working hours to mtmblm@yildiz.edu.tr from your student e-mail address with the std.yildiz.edu.tr extension.
The course name/code/group information in your petitions must be complete.

Unrestricted Course Registration (On this date, all group criteria will be removed (except for daytime education students taking courses from evening education) and all students will be able to select courses.)
All English course groups will be opened to all students as of 04 March 2021 at 11:00.
English course groups will be open only to students enrolled in the undergraduate program with code 058/059 (100% English) between 25 February and 03 March.
Determination and Announcement of Closed Courses: 05 March 2021 Friday (Until 12:00)
Course Add Only: 05-06 March 2021 (As of Friday, 05 March 2021 at 14:00)
